HOW IT WORKS

We review the enquiry
We assess whether the pallets are suitable and whether collection from the location can be considered.

Confirm the arrangement
If the enquiry is accepted, the collection timing and any commercial terms are confirmed.

Prepare for collection
Keep the agreed pallets safely stacked, accessible and ready for collection at the arranged time.

Pallet collection is not guaranteed. The pallet type, condition, quantity, location and access arrangements must be reviewed before a collection can be confirmed.

Your Pallets pays for suitable pallets measuring 1200mm x 1000mm or 1200mm x 800mm. Pallets outside these sizes may still be collected, but a collection fee will apply.
Your Pallets does not currently advertise a general recycling or waste disposal service. Do not present this page as a general waste removal service.

The main service area is Essex and Kent, with priority around Thurrock, Billericay, Brentwood, Dartford, Medway and Swanley. Pallets wanted for collection from farther away can still be considered where the quantity and logistics make collection practical.
